One Direction - 2 years

So, any Directioners out there reading this right now?

Join me in celebrating the birth of One Direction. 2 years ago today, at 8:23 p.m. Simon, Louis, and Nicole all put 5 boys through to the judge's houses, and they called themselves One Direction.

That day changed many lives, and I just want to let all my directioners out there know, that through all the drama we will always stick together, because in the end we are all supporting the same 5 people.

always loving the directioners and our boys. -J

One Direction upcoming gigs

So One Direction finished up their North American tour in the beginning of July, they are currently on a bit of a break. Hanging out with friends and family, recording for the new album and little things like that. They have a few gigs coming up (not in America) rumors are going around that they MIGHT be coming at the end of the summer for recording and such, no one really knows about any of that yet.

When they do come back for sure is November. They have two concerts in Uncasville, CT at the Mohegan Sun Arena, one on Friday, November 30 and the other Saturday, December 1.
Then they go to New York for their BIG concert at Madison Square Garden on December 3rd!

Very exciting! Let me know if you are going to any of their upcoming gigs, or if you are going to their 2013 tour! -J

Breaking Dawn - Part 2 Comic Con 2012

So on Thursday, some of the cast of the Breaking Dawn movie, gathered at Comic Con and answered a few questions about the movie and about how they felt on certain things.

They talked on whether the Twilight books would continue, and if they (Kristen, Rob, and Taylor) would be willing to pick everything up if another book was created. Kristen Stewart started off by saying that she feels like everything ended perfectly for Bella and Edward, she feels the ending was exactly what it should be, she said that she feels like everything should be left as it is, they should be left alone because they finally figured "it" out. But then she said that she would be "down" to do another movie.

IF Stephanie Meyer decided to continue writing in the world of the Cullens, though, she said that the story of Renesmee would be the path she would choose to take, she says that Bella has told her story, that part of the story is done. When she was writing The Twilight Saga she thought of a good place, where she could pick everything up from if she ever decided to do so in the future, she then said that is why Renesmee was born.

They talk about the the film's rating, and why is was rated R before the edit, and how they had to cut down on some scenes that would make the movie R. They talk about what it feels like to be moving on from this project, and what the fame ans success feels like. These are some of the topics among many covered at the Comic Con Panel, the LAST for the Twilight Saga (makes me a little sad).

The movie comes out November 16.

Check out the videos down below (from ClevverTV) , and let me know what you think! -J

P.S. sorry about the music behind the video, a bit annoying, I know.

Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Mockingjay

Hey everyone. So as you may or may not know, the role of Plutarch Heavensbee, head gamemaker of the games (Quarter Quell) will be played by Philip Seymour Hoffman. Plutarch has no particular role in the first file, The Hunger Games, but you may remember him (if you read the books) as the man who falls over the punch bowl  as Katniss shoots her arrow to the apple in the pigs mouth? Yup, that's the man and he is making a very important appearance in the second and third movie.
Philip Seymour Hoffman cast as Plutarch Heavensbee

In other important Hunger Games news, I hear that the third movie, Mockingjay, will in fact be cut into two movies, just as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and Part 2 and Breaking Dawn: Part 1 and Part 2. The book is very important in the series, and had much information and so much going on that just like in DH and BD it will be split in two.

If this is in fact true, then I honestly feel like it is the best thing to do. Harry Potter and Breaking Dawn both were big books with so much information that everyone involved came to the same conclusion that cutting them in half would be the best decision. So, I think it is a good idea for Mockingjay to be cut in half. What do you all think? Let me know. -J
